Upon arrival, we were directed to a room that was due for maintenance. The representative was great in making sure I was accommodated appropriately. My room was upgraded for the same price for the inconvenience and his customer service was great. We were tired, so we didn't want to spend much time at the front desk. The front desk clerk delivered! The room was clean, though the bathtub had a slow drain- it didn't overshadow the value of our stay.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Bathroom was roomy and worked well for a handicap person. Very quiet. Staff nice. They made sure we had all we needed to be comfortable. Cable has a nice variety

the location was nice. it was clean. liked that it was near Cracker Barrel and mr. chubby. we loved the beds super comfortable. the ac and refridge worked awesome. stayed in room 405 and had a view of the pond.

We liked the breakfast. Eggs were great as was coffee. Sad that there was no yogurt though.

Value and the staff was very accommodating. It was being remodeled on 1st floor but spacious room and updated.
